The new Kollwitz Museum has opened!

The countdown is over! Our new domicile is open.
The Kollwitz team has started museum operations and is relieved and also grateful to be able to present the work of Käthe Kollwitz from now on in the former theater building at Charlottenburg Palace.

A Museum in the making

In less than 90 days, the grand reopening will take place in the Theaterbau at Charlottenburg Palace, and we couldn’t be more excited! It is with great joy and relief that we observe the good progress of construction during each of our visits to the new location.

Farewell with a bit of melancholy

Last Sunday, June 26, was our last exhibition day and we had a pleasantly large crowd. With temperatures above 30 degrees, many interested museum visitors took their last chance to visit the Käthe Kollwitz Museum in Fasanenstraße.
