Learn in a museum
A visit to the museum offers numerous
impulses for interdisciplinary learning in:

The workshops and guided tours are pedagogically sound and are conducted by trained experts. Depending on the format, they start with a short thematic introduction, followed by a dialogue-based tour of the exhibition with selected works. School project days end with creative work in the education room. The rooms of the museum are clearly laid out. The programmes are designed in a way that makes them accessible even without prior knowledge. A well-prepared group can delve deeper into the content.
Information
Free admission for children and young people under the age of 18; reduced admission for accompanying teachers.
If you book a chargeable offer, admission is free for everyone, including accompanying adults.
Groups are welcome during opening hours from 11.00 – 18.00. Please book in advance by e-mail or telephone.
Bookable offers for school classes can start as early as 10.00 a.m. or by appointment.
- Guided tours | 60 minutes | 80 euros (in German) | 90 euros (foreign language)
- Workshops | 120 minutes | 90 euros
- School project day | 180 minutes | 140 euros
Special options for your visit:
- Individual focus: Special thematic focuses are usually possible by arrangement.
- Drawing in front of originals: We are happy to provide drawing materials for loan on request.
- Education room for discussion groups: Subject to availability, the education room is available for your group – please contact us if required.
