From summer 2025, the Kollwitz Museum Berlin will once again be showing special exhibitions, devoted to Käthe Kollwitz’s contemporaries as well as to artists working today. Exhibitions also continuously deal with special themes of Käthe Kollwitz’s work.

From July 5, 2025, the permanent exhibition “And yet it is art” will be on display again in the final exhibition rooms on the first floor.

Käthe Kollwitz – Silent Strength
8 November 2025 – 18 January 2026
This special exhibition presents rare drawings and proof prints by the artist from an important private collection, thereby deepening our understanding of Käthe Kollwitz’s work.
